VICIDIAL是一套基于Asterisk开源PBX系统的比较完善的处理大量呼入、呼出的呼
叫中心软件包，最初由Digium公司出资进行研发，交给开源社区进行维护，以扩
展Asterisk应用。它具备如下重要特点：</strong></p>
